Notes:Adrian Mosser was a member of USC film school’s first graduating class. He made a career for himself in the film industry working as a cinematographer and optical specialist. Mosser was also the owner of Cineservice, Inc. film laboratory, where he specialized in blowing up 16mm film to 35mm and worked with many of the experimental and avant garde filmmakers of the 1960’s 1970’s.
The Cineservice Lab Collection includes these 35mm blow-ups as well as 16mm experimental films and/or files from filmmakers such as Scott Bartlett, Robert Nelson, Jordan Belson, Bruce Baille, Mark Kudarauskas, Mark Milano, David Casci, Laurence Starkman, Douglass Smith, Richard ‘Dick’ Taylor, Dave Gregory, Benjamin P. Burtt, Dan Taylor, Hoyt Yeatman, Gunvor Nelson, Gloria Katz, Edgar Beatty, Russ Meyer, William Allen Castleman, Ray Boyle, Peter A. Dicenzie, Michael Mason, Tony Frank, Jack Douglas, and Pat O’Neil.
